The ECB have produced a Safeguarding Training Matrix and a Coaching Ratios document, that are to be added to the Safe Hands Kitbag.
The Safeguarding Training Matrix is a useful tool that aims to make clear which of their training options should be undertaken for roles within cricket and also which roles require an ECB DBS check.
The Coaching Ratios document provides information on the number of coaches and junior supervisors that are required in the different environments.
