Ben's main areas of responsibility are to ensure that the Dorset Cricket Board meets all expectations of the ECB, as well as all Dorset based clubs and players. This will include the strategic planning, the development of partnerships, financial management and the management of the Dorset Cricket Board employees.
Away from the day-to-day operations, Ben is still an active coach in the Talent Pathway.
Greg is responsible for workforce development in the County, being the direct contact with the ECB for this. He is also responsible for providing clubs with support in their development and manages the DCB Clubmark accreditation processing.

Now the Finance Manager, Tracy will be responsible for the day to day running of the Cricket Dorset Ltd finances and brings with her a wealth of experience in accountancy roles.
Vanessa joined the team in March 2024 after a long career in education. She will be on hand to give guidance and support to all members of staff and Club Safeguarding Officers, as well as to liaise with The Cricket Regulator.
All concerns and questions can be shared and discussed with Vanessa. Her role is to ensure that Dorset clubs have everything they need to be welcoming, safe and accessible for their communities.
Paul, known as Sid, joined the staff in 2023. His sole focus is to provide ongoing development and support to our Men's 1st and 2nd teams. He will visit the Boys Talent Pathway and Emerging Players Programme to keep one eye on the current production line.
Steve was at one point, he was the youngest Level 4 coach in the country, having worked through our talent earlier in his coaching career. Like Sid, his sole focus is to provide ongoing development and support to our Women's 1st team. He will visit the Girls Talent Pathway and Emerging Players Programme to keep one eye on the current production line.
Rob has been involved in disability cricket for a number of years, supporting the old Dorset Disability CC and Dorset Dolphins VI teams. Now those entities are part of the Cricket Dorset Ltd family, he can focus on growing the number of players at representative level whilst continuing his support of the current players.
Hugh joined in December 2023. Taking over the Talent Pathway reigns from Richard Scott and Rob Newton, he is focussed on developing both the boys and girls pathways. He will be responsible for planning and coaching on our emerging Players Pathways too. His other focus will be the working relationships with the ECB, Hampshire and Somerset CCCs and Southern Vipers.
Having played First Class cricket for Kent and represented England under 19s as a player, he comes to us having developed his coaching with Hampshire and the Southern Vipers.
In his role, Josh plans the Boys Emerging Players Programme. He is responsible for the programme content and the resourcing of the sessions which run for the best part of the entire calendar year.
Now a Level 4 Specialist coach, he can also call on his playing experiences, having been a regular player for the Dorset Men (formerly Dorset CCC) for many years.
Having worked with Paul for a number of years, Rich manages match day arrangements with the Dorset players, the opposition and home venues but still has time to help with the coaching as well.
Charlotte joined as Team Manager of the County Women before the start of the 2023 season. She supports the Head Coach in developing an environment where the players will thrive on match day.
Ken's role is to support the Head of Pathways in delivering a successful talent development programme.
He plans the Talent Programme and manages the representative match calendar too.
