At the Club Engagement Evening on the 17th April, it was announced that the exciting new initiative and role of Club EDI Champion was being rolled out in Dorset.
The aim of this role is to create welcoming environments for the whole community to enjoy, which will help to maintain current membership and to recruit new members. The Club EDI Champions will play a big role in helping clubs to review their current practices and environments, and to help shape any positive changes in the future.
Clubs now have the opportunity to identify and register those motivated and inspiring individuals for this role.
