Applications for our 2024/25 Boys and Girls Talent Pathways at Under 12 to 18 are now OPEN. These squads allow the most talented young cricketers within the county the opportunity to receive coaching from some of the best coaches in the county.
This year, our Talent Pathway selection process for these age groups consists of the opportunity to attend multiple coaching sessions over an observation period. This allows us to view players multiple times and make more informed decisions on selection. It is not a necessity to be playing cricket at a club or school, although we ask that players who apply have hard ball experience.
The observation period is from September through to October, the dates can be found on the application form below. The deadline for applications is 5pm on Friday 23rd August. Shortly afterwards, applicants will be contacted with timings and specific details for their sessions.
