Applications for our 2024/25 Talent Pathway U10 Boys and U11 Boys and Girls Squads are now open. Please see below information regarding Observations and how to apply.
Our Talent Pathway selection process this year for these age groups consists of the opportunity to attend three, two hour coaching sessions over a three day observation period. This allows us to view players multiple times and make more informed decisions on selection. The applications process is open, and its not a necessity to be playing cricket at a club or school, although we ask that players who apply have hard ball experience.
The observation period is during late August with one date in early September, dates for which can be found on the application form. Deadline for applications is 9am on Monday 14th July. Shortly afterwards, applicants will be contacted with timings and specific details for their sessions.
