It gives us great pleasure to announce the details of the launch of the 2025 ECB County Grants Fund.

Expression Of Interest
If you would like to express interest in a project being considered for this round of County Grants funding, you will need to first complete an Expression of Interest (EOI) on the ECB Investment Management System. The person identified as the key contact within your cricket club will be required to complete this brief EOI form containing basic information about the proposed project. This will then be submitted to Cricket Dorset for initial review. For details on how to get to the point of being able to access the EOI form, please read points 9.1 to 9.4 in the County Grant Fund guidance notes (top of page 8).
Club Development Plan submission
Once your EOI has been submitted, clubs will be required to send their Club Development Plan (which should include the facility development plan) to Message Greg Parsons so this can be reviewed and used in the decision making process.
Timeframes
The deadline for County Grants Fund EOI's is Sunday 9th March 2025. During the w/c 10th March these EOI's will be considered by our Funding committee. The amount we can support projects with will then be confirmed to clubs by Monday 17th March 2025. At this point, your club will be granted access to submit a full application via IMS.
If there are still funds available in the Dorset County Grant Fund 2025 after the first round of funding allocations have been made, then a second deadline for extra County Grant Fund EOI's will be opened. If a second deadline is required, then clubs will be informed directly of the opportunity to express an interest. The second deadline for EOIs will be Sunday 13th July 2025. During the w/c 14th July, these EOI's will be considered by a funding committee. The amount we can support projects with will then be confirmed to clubs by Monday 21st July 2025. At this point, your club will be granted access to submit a full application via IMS.
We now invite clubs to proceed with completing their Expressions of Interest ahead of the 9th March 2025.
